Quality Engineer - Medical Device Industry
Base pay range: $43.00/hr - $51.00/hr
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Location: Onsite – Saint Paul Area, MN

Quality Engineer
to join a dynamic team focused on ensuring the highest standards in product quality and supplier performance. This is a hands‑on role where your expertise will directly influence product reliability, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Do
Lead activities within the electronic Quality Management System (QMS)
Develop and execute testing and inspection protocols for product validation
Investigate root causes and implement corrective actions for quality issues
Supervise and mentor team members, supporting their growth and development
Collaborate across departments to resolve supplier quality concerns
Monitor and report on quality metrics and supplier performance
Conduct audits and manage supplier corrective actions
Support product and process validations, including documentation reviews
Apply statistical analysis to assess process capability and product acceptance
What We’re Looking For Experience & Education:
3+ years in Quality Engineering within the medical device industry
Bachelor's degree in a technical or scientific field
Experience with CAPA processes
CQE or CQA certification is a plus
Skills That Set You Apart:
Strong knowledge of 21 CFR Part 820 and ISO 13485
Proficiency in statistical analysis and quality tools
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving skills
