The Opportunity We are seeking a
Senior Account Sales Executive
to take ownership of a well-established $5 million service book of business from day one. This individual will be responsible for driving growth, managing and maintaining key accounts, and providing fire protection solutions to customers specifically in the areas of service, repairs, and inspections.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow an existing $5 million portfolio of client accounts.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share and revenue.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through solution-oriented engagement and technical expertise.
Oversee the quoting, estimating, and contract negotiation process to ensure profitable growth.
Collaborate closely with operations, engineering, and field teams to ensure quality delivery and customer satisfaction.
Lead by example in a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Mentor and guide junior team members and contribute to long-term organizational leadership.
Qualifications & Experience
10+ years of fire protection industry experience, with deep knowledge of fire sprinkler systems, suppression systems, pumps, tanks, and alarm systems.
Solid background in installations, service, repair, and maintenance solutions.
Strong technical understanding of NFPA codes and compliance standards.
Demonstrated success in sales management, account growth, and client retention.
Proven leadership and mentoring abilities, with a passion for developing people and teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Strong business sense and ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and project profitability.
Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
Must be willing and able to work on-site in Houston, TX; valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
