Associate Attorney – Workers’ Compensation
Marshall Dennehey, a leading AM Law 200 civil defense law firm, is seeking an Associate Attorney with 1‑5 years of litigation experience to join our growing Workers’ Compensation Department in Cleveland, OH.
Key Responsibilities
Litigate a variety of workers’ compensation claims, including repetitive trauma, occupational disease, death and hearing loss claims across multiple industries.
Work on high‑exposure, complex litigation cases in construction, manufacturing, technology, health care, retail, education, and more.
Collaborate with colleagues in a diverse, inclusive, open‑door environment, proactively and innovatively defending clients.
Qualifications
1‑5 years of litigation experience, preferably in workers’ compensation.
Strong analytical, writing, research, and communication skills.
Ability to develop case management skills from inception through resolution with mentorship.
