What You’ll Do
Lead and develop a high-performing maintenance team focused on safety, reliability, and continuous improvement.
Drive preventive and predictive maintenance programs that maximize equipment uptime.
Partner with engineering and operations on equipment upgrades, process improvements, and capital projects.
Oversee utilities, energy management, and contractor performance.
Champion reliability initiatives, 5S, and lean practices across the site.
Manage budgets, optimize spare parts, and deliver measurable cost savings.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree
in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering (or equivalent).
10+ years
of progressive experience in maintenance, engineering, or reliability leadership within a
process-driven manufacturing environment .
Strong technical knowledge of industrial systems and reliability methods.
Proven ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and drive operational excellence.
