Senior Accountant (accouting advisory)

The firm focuses on IPO readiness, M&A advisory, FP&A projects, financial reinstatements, and divestitures/carve‑outs.

Base Pay Range $90,000.00/yr – $120,000.00/yr (actual pay based on skills and experience)

Responsibilities

Work on projects ranging from IPO readiness and M&A advisory to FP&A and financial reinstatement.

Conduct financial analysis, model development, and due‑diligence supporting advisory engagements.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver insights to clients such as Amazon, Airbnb, NBC, Google, and other mid‑size to Fortune 500 companies.

Qualifications

3+ years in public accounting, ideally Big 4.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Strong time‑management and advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivots).

CPA or working toward it is a plus.
