Position Summary The Occupational Therapist I works under the direction of the Occupational Therapist II to provide entry‑level occupational therapy services including evaluation, treatment planning, therapeutic interventions, and discharge planning. The essential functions listed below are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties that may be assigned to this position.

Responsibilities Provide occupational therapy services to patients in clinical, inpatient, and outpatient settings; develop and implement individualized treatment plans; assess and document patient progress; collaborate with interdisciplinary team members; prepare discharge plans; and comply with all professional and institutional policies.

Required Qualifications

Occupational Therapy License or proof of eligibility from the California Board of Occupational Therapy.

Ability to travel to clinics and other campus offices as determined by patient and scheduling needs.

If assigned to work with infants and children aged 0 to 21, CCS paneling/approval will be required within one year of hire if qualified for the CCS paneling requirement.
