Job Summary RangTech is seeking an experienced and driven Public Sector Account Manager with a strong background in the staffing industry. This role is focused on building client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring client satisfaction within the IT staffing domain.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage strategic relationships with government agencies, procurement officers, and key decision-makers.
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned government accounts, ensuring high levels of service and customer satisfaction.
Identify and pursue new government sales opportunities through RFIs, RFPs, and direct awards.
Navigate complex government procurement procedures, including GSA Schedules, state contracts, and other public sector frameworks.
Lead the development of account plans, proposals, and presentations tailored to public sector clients.
Coordinate with internal teams (legal, finance, compliance, operations) to ensure all contracts and services meet government regulations and expectations.
Stay current on public sector trends, procurement rules, and funding cycles to identify growth opportunities.
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and provide regular forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to senior leadership.
Represent the company at government trade shows, conferences, and industry events.

On-target earnings: $150,000+ (including commissions, bonuses, and other incentives)
Final compensation will vary based on location, skills, and experience.
