Klugonyx is a product development firm supporting clients through end-to-end innovation from idea through production. We’re looking for a Senior Sales Manager who thrives on building strong client relationships, understands the world of product development and manufacturing, and has the drive to find and grow meaningful business partnerships. This is a key client-facing role for someone who can represent our services with confidence, clarity, and approachability both virtually and in person. This is an on‑site position that requires up to 25% travel.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Develop and manage a pipeline of high‑quality leads using HubSpot and outbound strategies. Identify, nurture, and close new business opportunities across industrial design, engineering, prototyping, and manufacturing services. Represent Klugonyx at trade shows, conferences, and client events to build brand visibility and make valuable connections. Maintain a deep understanding of our service offerings and project processes to align client needs with internal capabilities. Build trust and rapport with prospective and existing clients, ensuring long‑term relationship growth. Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, project management, leadership, and finance, to scope new opportunities and prepare compelling proposals. Consistently track communications and deal stages within HubSpot, ensuring data accuracy and reporting reliability. Help shape sales strategy, improve lead qualification processes, and contribute ideas for outbound campaigns and positioning. Stay up to date on product innovation trends, manufacturing technologies, and competitive landscape to guide conversations with authority and insight. Requirements & Qualifications
6+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in product development, contract manufacturing, tech, or a related field. Proven success in consultative or solution‑based sales environments. Strong knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot required). Clear and confident communicator (written, visual, and verbal). Personable, approachable, and energized by connecting with people. Comfortable traveling to trade shows (2–6 times per quarter on average). Self‑starter with the ability to manage your own pipeline, priorities, and goals with minimal supervision. Bonus: Background or education in product development, engineering, industrial design, or a related technical field. About the Company
