Overview

Senior Financial Analyst, Sponsored Products and Brands Finance. You will be a key member of the Sponsored Product advertising finance team, partnering with product and finance leaders to develop business strategies, financial models and analytical insights that influence business decisions. You will work with large advertising data sets to inform the long-term evolution of our products and business insights. Responsibilities

Serve as a finance partner for the SP product leaders on strategic initiatives, leading business modeling and financial analysis Develop performance metrics, design and manage reporting mechanisms and business processes to drive accountability and controllership Facilitate financial review meetings with product and finance leaders and work with the business to drive effective execution Develop financial models for new business concepts, experimentation, and special projects Collaborate with business intelligence engineers and data engineers to deep dive into and investigate business performance and uncover insights Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

3+ years of tax, finance or related analytical field experience 2+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses 2+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or related analytical field (e.g., engineering, math, computer science) Preferred Qualifications

4+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects to scale and improve controllership with measurable results MBA or CPA Knowledge of Tableau Experience with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and financial systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards) About The Team

Base pay ranges from $60,200/year to $128,800/year, depending on location and experience.
