LDRP GYN surgical Patient Ratios
RN: AWHONN Guidelines Required Licenses / Certifications
RN: BLS, ACLS, EFM, NRP Surg Tech: BLS required, national certification (CST) is preferred but not required Skills Required
Must have the skillset to work LDRP RN: Experience with all aspects of LDRP patient care, circulating c-sections, newborn care including heel sticks, 24 hr testing, NAS scoring, lactation support Surg Tech: Decontamination/Sterilization experience, sterile technique, comfortable providing assistance with vaginal and cesarean delivery Support within the Department
CNA – 1 per shift Receptionist/HUC – patient registration, visitor management and unit secretary duties Charge nurse Case Manager RT 24/7 Hospitalist or OB Physician, 24/7 OB Physicians – 2 OB practices Pediatrician Lactation Consultants No remote Tele Monitoring Technology / Equipment

Region 2 - Pineville, Anson, Union, Union West, Central Division (CMC Main + CMC Mercy + Levine Children’s Hospital) If floating mid‑shift, Traveler will be paid for the time traveling between facilities (will remain on the clock) Within region and scope of practice Will be required to float per region needs – will require floating to all facilities listed below, as needed, within scope of practice – DECLINE if not agreeable Orientation
NEO 2 days departmental Scheduling
Weekend rotation: every other No call Holiday Expectations: Travelers will work 75% of holidays RTO: Can approve up to 6 days off, excluding holidays – must add time to the end of the contract if unable to meet contracted hours Shift times: 7p‑7a Schedule cycle: every 6 weeks Other Notes
