The controller will oversee all accounting operations, including month-end close, treasury management, and financial reporting. This role requires a leader who not only understands the financials from start to finish but can also develop people, streamline processes, and drive operational improvements. The ideal candidate is both detail-oriented and strategic capable of managing a growing team, enhancing system efficiency, and ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of financial results. Key Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Manage treasury functions, including cash flow forecasting, banking relationships, and funding operations. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of accounting professionals Partner with offshore teams to ensure accurate daily cash posting and reconciliations. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and strengthen internal controls. Oversee vendor management, accounts payable, and related treasury operations. Ensure integrity and compliance of financial statements in accordance with GAAP. Serve as a strategic business partner to the CFO, providing insight into financial performance and operational trends. Leverage Blackline for automation, reporting, and process optimization. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA strongly preferred. 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership of a corporate accounting function. Strong understanding of month-end close, treasury, and financial reporting processes. Proven success in developing and mentoring accounting teams. Hands‑on experience with Sage Intacct and Blackline strongly preferred. Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and system enhancements. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative leadership style. Seniority level
