Resident Service Coordinator – Boston, MA
Peabody Resident Services is seeking a full‑time Resident Service Coordinator to work as part of a Management team at apartment communities in Mattapan, Dorchester and Roxbury, MA. The role coordinates programs, assists residents with obtaining services, and collaborates with community agencies.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and implement programs for residents.
Assist residents in accessing services.
Collaborate with community agencies.
Qualifications
B.A. in Social Work, Psychology, or Human Services preferred; a four‑year college degree acceptable.
Associates degree or an MA licensed Social Worker with 5+ years direct experience as a Resident Service Coordinator in housing and/or with the target population is considered.
2–3 years experience in social services delivery with elders, families, and/or persons with disabilities.
Proven problem‑solving skills and ability to provide results.
Knowledge of area supportive services and community resources.
Strong communication, organization, writing, and computer skills.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
