Job Description
As part of our Retail team, the Holiday Sales Associate is responsible for creating a client experience that accurately reflects the ethos of our brand while building and maintaining strong client relationships and driving sales through outstanding service.
Demonstrate passion for the luxury, travel, fashion and lifestyle markets.
Encourage an entrepreneurial spirit, offering growth opportunities over time while increasing sales, KPI’s, building client awareness, and providing world‑class service.
Key Responsibilities
Meet and exceed personal sales and KPI metrics inclusive of conversion, DPT, UPT and Client Data Capture.
Take pride in work and strive for excellence.
Take responsibility for performance, manage personal timecards to ensure payroll accuracy, complete all assigned tasks and meet deadlines, and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Embody the company culture of coaching through fostering teamwork, providing constructive feedback and demonstrating organizational core values.
Exercise strong verbal and written skills, active listening, adjust communication to the intended audience and remain calm while de‑escalating situations.
Ensure visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness, maintaining a consistent superior client experience.
Qualifications
Strong sales and client experience, preferably in the luxury market.
Proven success in meeting sales goals and achieving KPI’s.
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, mornings and holidays as needed.
Physical ability to lift, push boxes that weigh up to 30 pounds and use a ladder.
Strong sense of integrity and ability to lead by example.
Understanding of the TUMI brand and genuine passion for the lifestyle, clients and product assortment.
Openness to feedback and collaborative environment.
