Job Description
As part of our Retail team, the Holiday Sales Associate is responsible for creating a client experience that accurately reflects the ethos of our brand while building and maintaining strong client relationships and driving sales through outstanding service.

Your Role At Tumi
The ideal candidate is committed to client service, demonstrates a strong understanding of, and passion for, the luxury, travel, fashion, and lifestyle markets.
Key Responsibilities
Meet and exceed individual and store baseline goals for personal sales and KPI metrics, including conversion, DPT, UPT and client data capture.
Take pride in work and strive for excellence.
Take responsibility for performance.
Embody the company culture through coaching and constructive feedback to team members.
Demonstrate organizational core values and an openness to new ideas.
Exercise strong verbal and written skills and active listening to build relationships.
Manage personal timecards and complete all assigned tasks on time.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures and uphold visual merchandising standards.
Qualifications
Strong sales experience in a luxury environment preferred.
Demonstrated success in meeting sales goals and achieving KPI’s.
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, mornings and holidays as needed.
Ability to lift, push boxes that weigh 30 pounds and use a ladder as required.
Strong sense of integrity and the ability to lead by example.
Enjoy working collaboratively in a fast‑paced retail setting.
