Front Desk Agent / Shuttle Driver Base pay range: $22.14/hr – $22.14/hr

Required availability: Monday through Sunday, 3pm–11pm.

What you’ll do

Efficiently handle guest check‑in and check‑out processes, including room credits and key issuance.

Resolve guest issues and special requests while maintaining high service standards.

Operate the property management system and PBX/radio paging system.

Make restaurant, transportation, activity, or entertainment reservations on behalf of guests.

Drive guests to and from hotel and their final destinations; escort guests and assist with luggage.

Follow hotel policies and procedures, and consult management when needed.

Qualifications

Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred.

Experience with cash handling and computer point‑of‑sale system preferred.

Strong written and verbal communication skills required.

Valid driver's license with strong driving record.

Ability to work a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
