dynamic and experienced Director of Nursing (DON)
to lead our nursing team. We are a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility committed to delivering outstanding care and creating a supportive environment for both residents and staff.
Responsibilities
Provide leadership and oversight for the nursing department to ensure the highest quality of care.
Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and standards in compliance with state and federal regulations.
Supervise, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff, fostering a positive and professional work culture.
Collaborate with physicians, staff, residents, and families to achieve optimal outcomes.
Oversee quality assurance, infection control, and survey readiness programs.
Ensure accurate clinical documentation and adherence to best practices.
Qualifications
Current RN license in Massachusetts (required).
3-5 years of nursing management experience in a skilled nursing or long‑term care setting.
Proven leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and survey processes.
