Key Account Manager, Hospital Accounts

to join a high‑growth organization focused on patients with rare diseases and complex immune or bleeding disorders. The environment is

Position Overview The

Key Account Manager – Hospitals

will manage relationships and drive sales growth across target hospital accounts within the assigned territory. The role requires strategic account management, clinical fluency, and business development skills to support portfolio performance and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with key decision‑makers within target hospital systems.

Execute territory business plans and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.

Navigate and influence within

GPOs, IDNs, and hospital networks

to drive product access.

Collaborate cross‑functionally with regional leadership and internal teams to ensure alignment with brand strategy.

Provide market insights and competitive intelligence to support strategic planning.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher.

Minimum of

2 years’ experience

in hospital sales or account management within healthcare or life sciences.

Strong understanding of

hospital procurement, GPOs, and IDNs .

Proven track record of achieving sales objectives in a regional or multi‑state territory.

Residency in or near the

Baltimore metro area

required.

Proficiency in

Microsoft Office Suite ; experience with

Salesforce CRM

preferred.

Willingness to travel up to

75% , including overnight stays.
