Responsibilities Multichannel Performance Marketing
Plan, launch & optimize lead generation campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok Ads.
Define & track platform‑specific KPIs such as CPL, ROAS and conversion rates to ensure maximum efficiency.
Analytics & Reporting
Build & maintain dashboards in Looker Studio or Power BI to visualize campaign & funnel performance.
Use SQL for deep‑dive analysis to extract, segment & evaluate campaign and user journey data.
Work with BI & data teams to improve tracking logic and refine attribution models.
Strategy & Budget Ownership
Manage a performance marketing budget of up to €300K/month, responsible for allocation & ROI.
Propose channel‑mix shifts & test new acquisition strategies based on performance data & business needs.
Ensure alignment with company goals across B2B & B2C initiatives.
Growth & Testing
Run A/B & multivariate tests on landing pages, creatives, messaging & audience targeting.
Identify & test new channels for growth, including programmatic & native advertising where relevant.
Coordinate with design, dev & copy teams to ensure aligned messaging & conversion‑focused creatives.
Work closely with sales & recruiting teams to optimize lead quality & downstream conversion.
Manage external agencies & hold partners accountable for delivery & performance.

Qualifications
3+ years of experience in performance marketing across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok and ideally LinkedIn.
Strong command of analytics tools and SQL (Mandatory), with experience building BI dashboards (Looker Studio or Power BI).
Proven experience managing large‑scale budgets & high‑volume funnels.
Deep understanding of attribution, tracking flows & conversion optimization.
Excellent communication in English; German B1 mandatory.
Structured, analytical & proactive with a strong sense of ownership and drive to improve.
