The Program Control Analyst will interface with program managers, functional management, and cost account managers (CAMs) to provide financial and administrative support and analysis to meet program requirements. This position will be located on site daily in Redondo Beach, CA.

Responsibilities

Conduct Earned Value Management (EVM) tasks, including establishing a work breakdown structure, budgeting, funding analysis, cost risk analysis, and preparing government cost performance reports.

Maintain and justify estimates to complete, support internal and external variance analysis reporting, and provide performance measurement variance analysis.

Support development of budget baselines and maintain cost/schedule integration.

Assist in preparation and submission of monthly cost data review reports (e.g., IPMR), perform variance analysis reports, and facilitate program monthly rhythm processes.

Incorporate baseline changes into the EVM system using Microframe Project Manager (MPM), SAP, Business Warehouse (BW), wInsight, and Microsoft Office tools.

Apply basic EVM principles, develop and implement solutions of moderate scope, analyze variances and trends, and provide new methods and process techniques.

Basic Qualifications (Level 2)

Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience in financial analysis, business management, education, communications, or industry‑related fields; or a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).

Ability to work on site daily in Redondo Beach, CA.

Preferred Qualifications

Understanding of business systems such as SAP/Cobra.

Primary Level Salary Range: $73,900.00 - $110,900.00. The above range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as scope of responsibilities, candidate experience, education, skills, and market conditions.
