We are seeking a strategic and dynamic

Plant Manager

to lead day‑to‑day operations of our facility in Greenwood, Indiana. This role is responsible for overseeing Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Controls, Information Technology, Maintenance, Materials, Quality, Human Resources, and Health & Safety departments. The ideal candidate is an innovative, data‑driven leader with a passion for learning, teaching, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and growth. What You’ll Do

Strategic Oversight: Communicate plant and company goals, expectations, and objectives to all staff; lead management meetings, corrective actions, and continual improvement initiatives. Business Management: Execute business plan objectives to achieve profitable operation and monthly P&L targets; strategize and adjust business plans using risk and opportunity analysis; review plans with executive leadership. Team Leadership & Development: Create an environment with high employee satisfaction; hold departments accountable to performance objectives; provide coaching and counseling. Problem Solving & Reporting: Ensure successful launch of engineering changes and program transitions; comply with company policies and procedures. Customer, Supplier & Executive Relationships: Maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders and meet customer requirements regarding operational volumes, product quality, and delivery. Safety & Other Duties: Foster a safety‑first environment to achieve safety goals; ensure readiness for catastrophic failures; secure facilities from non‑authorized personnel; perform additional duties as needed. Who You Are

Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing or management discipline, or equivalent education and experience. Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in automotive manufacturing or materials management. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with all business levels and executive leadership. Extensive experience in Materials Management and Operations. Strong leadership and organizational skills, able to delegate and work well under pressure. Problem‑solving skills and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Health, Safety, Physical & Travel Requirements

Normal sitting and standing with average mobility to move around the office and plant environment; able to work on a computer. Up to 15% travel required; valid driver’s license required. Life at Emotiv
