Wright Technical Services is supporting a top client in the process automation space currently in need of a Plant Operations Manager to take over their team in Greenwood, Indiana. Responsibilities
Develop and implement a lean conversion plan to foster continuous improvement and team alignment. Lead the operations management team overseeing Production, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, and Logistics. Drive processes to meet key metrics related to Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Productivity. Collaborate with Global Industrial Engineering to adopt new technologies. Enhance supply chain effectiveness, particularly with Kanban systems and inventory management. Identify operational breakthroughs and ensure action plans are well-resourced. Oversee inventory planning and demand forecasting to maintain optimal stock levels. Streamline supply chain processes to reduce costs and enhance service levels. Qualifications
Strong background in Supply Chain and manufacturing leadership, particularly in Machining, Metalwork, Welding, or Brazing. Proven experience with Continuous Improvement and excellent analytical skills. Motivated leader with a flexible approach, able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across all organizational levels. Proficiency in MS Office, Oracle, and Power BI Compensation:
$110,000-$130,000 per year
