Why This Role Is Important To Us The Head of Delivery – Americas is accountable for the successful execution of all client programmes in the region, ensuring they run smoothly, on time, and meet agreed standards. This is a hands‑on leadership role with a strong focus on execution and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Take full accountability for the delivery of client programmes across the Americas region, from onboarding to live operations.

Serve as the single point of accountability for clients during escalations, ensuring clear and timely communication.

Build and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with client stakeholders, including senior executives, ensuring alignment and confidence in delivery outcomes.

Drive rigorous, consistent execution across all programmes, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

Apply standardised processes, global best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives to maximise efficiency and outcomes.

Proactively manage risk, dependencies, and escalations, providing clear updates to leadership.

Lead, mentor, and develop delivery managers and programme leads in the Americas, fostering a high‑performance, client‑focused culture.

Collaborate closely with global delivery teams, product teams, and business operations to ensure seamless regional and global client experiences.

Promote knowledge sharing and operational alignment across teams to leverage global learnings and maintain consistent standards.

Provide insights and feedback from the region to inform global delivery strategies and platform improvements.

Partner with sales and account teams to shape proposals, offering practical guidance that strengthens delivery confidence.

Translate client requirements into actionable delivery plans aligned with SimCorp standards and long‑term objectives.

What We Value

Proven track record in leading complex, multi‑stakeholder programmes in SaaS or cloud environments, ideally within FinTech or investment management.

Deep expertise in programme/project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).

Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, including engagement with senior executives.

Demonstrated ability to manage risk, dependencies, escalations, and underperforming projects.

Strong focus on execution, operational excellence, and client outcomes.

Excellent communication, reporting, and leadership skills in fast‑paced, client‑facing environments.

Experience driving standardisation, process improvement, and adoption of best practices across multiple projects or regions.

Based in New York City and able to attend the office 3 days a week.

For New York City only The salary range for this position is $276,000.00 – $345,000.00 USD. Employees are also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, as well as benefits including health care, leave, and retirement plans. Total compensation may vary based on role, location, department, and individual performance.
