Job Description:

Meet or exceed sales quota in the assigned territory.

Be a clinical expert in the therapeutic GI space, including EUS and ERCP.

Exhibit strong business acumen: contract negotiation, business reviews, proposals, and understanding of Olympus leveraged purchasing.

Work in partnership with the Region Vice President to develop and implement territory business plans that achieve sales quota.

Establish and maintain field contact with key customers, clinicians, researchers, and other decision-makers, including travel to facilities and onsite support.

Build sustainable business relationships with physicians, nurses, technicians, materials management, hospital administrators, endoscopy and ASC unit managers to drive EndoTherapy product reliability and utilization.

Guide ongoing product training and in‑servicing of all EndoTherapy products during procedures and between cases.

Maintain and expand knowledge of Olympus’s product offerings, competitors, and local market changes; share market intelligence with the team and marketing department.

Attend sales meetings, training programs, conventions, and trade shows as directed by the RVP and home office.

Adhere to Olympus policies and the Code of Conduct in an ethical manner.

Perform additional duties as required.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree (strongly preferred) or equivalent experience.

Minimum of three years of external business‑to‑business and/or consumer sales experience.

Compensation tier based on territory quota, cost of living, and medical device or pharmaceutical sales experience.

Ability to travel within the territory daily; occasional travel outside the region; overnight stays as required.

Valid driver’s license; adhere to all customer and vendor credentialing requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

Sales experience in healthcare.

Ability to drive adoption of new procedures and products.

Strong knowledge of anatomy and ability to sell Olympus products effectively in clinical settings.
