Responsibilities What You’ll Do:

Resident & Guest Services

Greet residents and guests warmly and professionally

Announce visitors and manage deliveries with care

Keep the lobby area clean, calm, and welcoming

Support leasing tours and events with a polished front desk presence

Check lobby lighting, scent, music, and overall presentation throughout your shift

Security & Access Control

Monitor building cameras and visitor logs

Track vendor and contractor entries and exits

Respond calmly and appropriately to safety concerns

Package & Amenity Management

Receive and log packages using digital systems

Help manage package room and amenity reservations

Support accurate resident preferences and visitor tracking

Move‑In & Move‑Out Coordination

Prepare elevators and common areas for scheduled move‑ins or move‑outs

Notify management of any unscheduled activity

Ensure transitions are smooth and welcoming

Leasing & Visitor Support

Welcome prospective residents and notify the leasing team

Provide brochures or contact info and maintain a helpful presence

Lifestyle & Community Engagement

Maintain bulletin boards, support community events, and share local recommendations

Remember resident preferences and deliver personalized service moments

Emergency & Service Response

Follow emergency protocols and respond calmly

Assist with in‑the‑moment service needs and elevate when necessary

Ensure follow‑up on issues to confirm resident satisfaction

Teamwork & Professionalism

Keep the front desk organized and presentable

Join daily huddles and support team updates

Take on special assignments and model emotional intelligence

Work Schedule Monday 3 pm – 11:30 pm Tuesday 3 pm – 11:30 pm Friday 3 pm – 11:30 pm Saturday 11:30 am – 8 pm Sunday 11:30 am – 8 pm

Days Off:

Wednesday & Thursday

Compensation

$24.00 – $27.00 / hour

Annual bonus tied to performance

Qualifications

Strong customer service or hospitality experience

Polished communication and a professional, composed demeanor

Basic comfort with digital tools (e.g., delivery logs, CRMs)

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for long periods

High school diploma or equivalent required

Flexibility for weekend, evening, or holiday shifts as needed
