Job Description The Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport is located in the center of the bustling Seaport District. The AAA Four Diamond rated hotel boasts 1,054 finely appointed guestrooms, 52 suites, seven dining experiences, a rooftop pool, and a luxury Breve Spa. Responsibilities
Treatment menu, as well as trends and developments within the professional spa community related to products, treatment, and techniques.
Awareness of all safety precautions and procedures to ensure a safe atmosphere for guests and employee partners.
Provides Salon hair, nail, facial and body treatments in accordance with established standards and protocols within the assigned structure.
Know and share information about the resort and activities, demonstrating this knowledge by accurately communicating daily events, hours of operation and resort/activity information to guests and partner employees.
Respond swiftly and effectively in any emergency or safety situation; ensure a safe working and guest environment to reduce the risk of injury or accident.
Attend all required department trainings and meetings.
Perform any other duties required by management.
Qualifications
Must possess current State Cosmetology License.
Customer service oriented, ability to multi-task, detail orientation, and excellent organizational skills.
Must be willing to work flexible hours as needed during busy times and high‑profile events, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Must be passionate about providing warm, engaging, and personalized service.
Must have the ability to report to work on time and when scheduled.
Must have the ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time.
Must meet standards of appearance and always maintain a high level of personal hygiene.
