$20.00/hr - $23.00/hr Evolve Med Spa is seeking a skilled Esthetician with a passion for client experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality skincare and beauty treatments to our clients, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service and results. This person will flex between providing Esthetician treatments and serving in a front desk, Client Service role (Concierge).

About The Role
Esthetician Treatment Provider:
Perform consultations, educate and create individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals Perform a range of skincare and beauty treatments, including facials, waxing, body treatments, and makeup application, among others Make recommendations to patients on other services and products Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service, and building a loyal clientele base Keep up-to-date with the latest skincare and beauty trends, products, and treatments, and participate in ongoing training and development Work collaboratively with other members of the team to achieve business goals and targets, and contribute to a positive and supportive team culture Actively promote the spa services and products offered as well as programs or promotions available Handle guest questions and concerns professionally and courteously
Customer Service:
Engage with clients professionally, ensuring a welcoming environment. Manage prompt communications including phones, text messages, emails, and DMs. Execute appointment scheduling, check-ins, and check-outs. Process payments and redeem client rewards accurately. Conduct client satisfaction follow-ups and encourage reviews.
Service Knowledge and Sales:
Understand and promote Evolve's products and services. Upsell skincare products to clients. Achieve monthly sales targets.
Confidentiality and Clinical Assistance:
Adhere to HIPAA regulations, ensuring client confidentiality. Support the Providers with client intake, registration, and room placement.
Additional Position Requirements:
You must have experience doing a variety of facials and medical grade treatments in a spa setting. You should have strong product knowledge and be skilled at treating all types of skin conditions. The Esthetician is highly professional and very detail oriented Must have a thorough knowledge performing skin analysis and ability to customize facials based on analysis Experience using high frequency, microdermabrasion, peels and other advanced therapies Must have enthusiasm and possess excellent customer service skills Enjoy working with people and possess a friendly and outgoing personality Possess the ability to work without direct supervision Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment Must be a team player Strong time management Communication skills Medical Assistant experience a plus

Education and Experience Requirements:
New Jersey Licensed Esthetician Minimum 2 years’ experience Experienced in Microdermabrasion, Peels LED therapy and other advanced therapies
