This job is responsible for developing and delivering complex requirements to accomplish business goals. Key responsibilities of the job include ensuring that software is developed to meet functional, non‑functional and compliance requirements, coding solutions, unit testing, and ensuring the solution can be integrated successfully into the overall application/system with clear, robust, and well‑tested interfaces. Job expectations include an awareness of development and testing practices in the industry.
Responsibilities
Codes solutions and unit test to deliver a requirement/story per the defined acceptance criteria and compliance requirements
Utilizes multiple architectural components (across data, application, business) in design and development of client requirements
Performs Continuous Integration and Continuous Development (CI‑CD) activities
Contributes to story refinement and definition of requirements
Participates in estimating work necessary to realize a story/requirement through the delivery lifecycle
Contributes to existing test suites (integration, regression, performance), analyze test reports, identify any test issues/errors, and triage the underlying cause
Performs spike/proof of concept as necessary to mitigate risk or implement new ideas

Should be able to refer the prototype or existing website and develop the non‑functional pages that developer can use it without any changes. Should be proficient in writing semantic HTML code, adopting latest web page structure, content and layout. Should be creating the pages compatible to desktop, smartphone or tablets ranging of all possible browsers (cross‑browser/platform). Should be able to create responsive pages with required CSS skills.

Pay range $88,800.00 - $145,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
Incentives Discretionary incentive eligible. This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
