Project Controls Manager – Mission-Critical Construction
The U.S. data center market is expanding at record speed, and with billions being invested across North Texas, experienced Project Controls leaders are in short supply.
We’re partnering with one of the nation’s leading builders of data centers and mission-critical infrastructure to hire a Project Controls Manager who will lead cost, schedule, and performance management across large-scale, complex programs.
Responsibilities
Oversee project controls strategy and execution across multiple high-value programs ($500M+)
Integrate cost, schedule, and risk management to ensure accurate project forecasting
Partner with project executives, operations, and finance leadership to drive profitability
Lead reporting, dashboards, and KPI development using tools such as Primavera P6, InEight, Prism, and Power BI
Develop and mentor a growing team of Project Controls Managers and Analysts
Experience
10–15+ years of experience in project controls, cost management, or scheduling within construction or EPC environments
Proven background in data centers, mission-critical, or industrial infrastructure
Strong financial acumen with the ability to translate technical progress into cost performance metrics
Experience standardizing processes and systems across regional operations
