A leading B2B Agency is looking for a strategic, innovative, experienced, future‑focused Executive Director, Integrated Media, to lead and scale their paid, owned, and earned media capabilities while serving as a close partner to their marketing effectiveness and analytics teams.
Responsibilities
Lead integrated media strategy across paid, owned, and earned channels—digital, social, programmatic, SEO/SEM, and more
Partner closely with marketing effectiveness and analytics teams to align media with measurement frameworks and drive smarter investment decisions
Shape a next‑generation B2B media function, identifying emerging trends (think CTV, influencer, retail media) and piloting new opportunities
Translate data into insight—from campaign performance to full‑funnel optimization—and help tell the story of how media fuels growth
Mentor and scale the media team, identifying skill gaps, growing talent, and expanding capabilities with a test‑and‑learn mindset
Act as a senior advisor to CMOs and marketing leaders, representing the company in thought leadership, pitch work, and strategic conversations
Qualifications
Commensurate media leadership experience, ideally in B2B and integrated environments
Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and collaborate with analytics, strategy, and creative partners
Fluency across paid, owned, and earned media—with deep expertise in digital and performance marketing
Strong understanding of marketing measurement: MMM, attribution, incrementality, and storytelling through data
Passion for building teams, evolving capabilities, and delivering strategic impact
