Description: We are seeking a highly skilledMedia Performance Analyst to collaborate closely with the global SAP Integrated Media team on media measurement. A recognized expert in B2B digital marketing performance, leverage s advanced analytics to evaluate media performance, uncover actionable insights, and supports the optimization of media investment across multiple channels, programs and regions. By providing data-driven recommendations, you will play a critical role in enhancing the effectiveness of media investments, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and delivering measurable results. Responsibilities
P artner with Media Specialists to a nalyze and evaluate Media performance across multiple advertising channels, including Search, Social, Content Syndication, and Display. Drive recurrent campaign performance narratives across all layers of the marketing funnel, delivering consistent insights to optimize media strategies. T ranslate complex data into compelling visualizations and narratives that inform decision‑making for senior stakeholders. Continuously identify potential areas of optimization and personalization strategies to improve engagement and conversions. Support the creation and development of performance measurement frameworks, including forecast and targeting definitions. Consume dashboards and reports to track KPIs, campaign performance, and cross‑channel insights aligned with business objectives and strategic priorities. Uncovering key insights into how the various touchpoints contribute to conversions and customer lifetime value. Stay updated on trends and best practices across major platforms (Google Ads, DV360, LinkedIn, etc.) and emerging technologies. Drive measurement capabilities evolution, delivering expertise to end measurement by advising on complex data engineering ingestion set‑up, on martech / adtech internal infrastructure shifts and on external cloud solution plug‑in. Code or supervise coding projects in databricks (Pyth o n/SQL) to gather attribution insights from media impact from our marketing data lake. Embed attribution and MMM (marketing mix modeling) insights into compelling conclusions and storytelling to advise leadership on how to best drive media budgeting and investment. Key Attributes

10 + years of experience in media analytics related role, including in large B2B company and media agency (preferred) Experience with multiple advertising channels and campaign objectives 4+ years of h ands‑on experience with data analysis and conversion optimization process Experience with media data engineering, MTA, MMM and advertising impact measurement Technical Skills
Proficiency in Adobe Analytics (Google analytics can be accepted). Proficiency in Excel and e xperience with SQL and Python for data analysis. Experience with data visualization platforms like SAP Analytics Cloud, Tableau or Power BI. Soft Skills
Exceptional storytelling abilities to convey insights to technical and non‑technical audiences. Strong interpersonal communication to colaborat e across teams and senior leadership. Adaptability to a fast‑changing environment. The targeted combined range for this position is 142,500 - 327,100USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
