Base pay range: $150,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr
Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join their client's innovative team in Hartford County, Connecticut. This supervisory role involves leading mechanical engineering projects and ensuring excellence in design, development, and implementation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in mechanical engineering, along with strong leadership capabilities.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of mechanical systems and components, ensuring they meet quality and safety standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical solutions into larger projects.
Conduct testing and analysis to validate designs and troubleshoot issues.
Prepare detailed documentation and reports to support engineering projects.
Ensure all engineering activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Travel approximately 20% of the time to support project needs and client interactions.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Extensive experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on design and development.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team.
Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools.
Excellent problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Benefits The position offers a competitive salary range between $140,000 and $160,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
