Dallas, TX - in-office presence requirement; 1 to 2 days a week mandatory This represents the potential salary range for this position depending on education level, years of experience and/or certifications in addition to other position specific requirements which may impact salary. The candidate for this role will be accountable for the operation of several integration platforms and delivery of integration solutions to enable data transformation, data transfer, and transaction processing between applications, Data Stores, and external entities. They will be responsible for ensuring that design, development, and implementation of integration solutions align with strategy and objectives. Key Roles & Responsibilities
Responsible for overseeing the design, development, configuration, and implementation of integration solutions using the following technologies: middleware, ETL, B2B Integration, File Transfer, API Management, and Reporting. Responsible for overseeing the production operation of integration platforms for middleware, ETL, B2B Integration, File Transfer, API Management, and Reporting. Develops product roadmaps for integration technologies and adheres to a rigorous upgrade schedule to avoid loss of vendor support and mitigate product vulnerabilities. Coordinates with architects on integration solutions and technology product roadmaps to ensure alignment with Enterprise goals. Assists teams with quick resolution of production failures and identifies impacts to transaction processing for communication to leadership and stakeholders. Guides continuous improvement efforts, participates in root cause analysis, and corrective action planning. Responsible for understanding and working with Commercial Governance on vendor licensing models, licensing costs, and renewals of integration technologies. Assists Project Managers with managing the team’s CAPEX budget and oversees Integration projects. Works with onshore and offshore Agile teams consisting of developers, analysts, and project managers. Consults and collaborates with Project Managers and Technology Leads to understand Integration project scope, stay aligned, identify interdependencies, and manage risks associated with those dependencies. Fosters team collaboration, recommends process changes, and identifies and evangelizes trends that can improve the team’s delivery and results. Demonstrates analytic skills and the ability to apply these skills in a multi-tasking environment where multiple projects will require participation at a given time. Develops and reports on metrics tailored for specific goals, reviewed quarterly to adjust for improved performance. Consults with stakeholders to assess and anticipate future integration requirements and develops long-term plans. Manages vendor relationships and escalates problems to vendors when needed. Keeps abreast of relevant industry-leading standards and emerging technologies. Other duties as assigned. Skills

Understanding of DevOps concepts, tools, and practices. Education And Experience Requirements
High School diploma, GED, or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field encouraged to apply. Minimum three years of management and/or supervisory experience is required. Five years of experience with a data integration technology (middleware, ETL, B2B Gateways, EDI, File Transfer) with a proven record of success in leading technology teams in complex organizations is encouraged to apply. Experience in leadership roles within technology, especially leading design, development, testing, configuration, and implementation while focused on driving high-quality, reliable, and resilient technology solutions. Preferred
Experience with middleware, ETL, or B2B technologies on UNIX. Experience with SQL for data querying and manipulation (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL). Experience with Agile teams, tools, and practices (Kanban, stand‑ups, sprints, etc.). Experience with Project Management. Experience with operational support (responding to problems/failures, driving resolution of services). Team Culture
