Job Summary Reporting to the Team Manager/Head of Centre, Romans are seeking a Senior Property Manager to join our dedicated and dynamic team based in The Meadows Business Park, Camberley. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service and support. You will act as a point of contact for our tenants and landlords, assisting them with inquiries, booking appointments and ensuring a smooth process throughout the tenancy from beginning to end.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the department to ensure a professional and courteous service is received by landlords and tenants and identify opportunities to enhance service levels.

Consult with the Head of Centre to assume responsibility for staff interviews, local inductions, training, appraisals, coaching and development.

Hold occasional team meetings.

Attend branch meetings as required and advise branch managers of any matters requiring their attention.

Respond promptly and effectively to internal and external complaints.

Manage tenancies of a group of properties from commencement until the property is returned to the owner, including checking landlords’ management instructions, issuing inspection and safety inspection instructions, and reporting to landlords.

Organise remedial works to be completed on a timely basis.

Advise landlords/managing agents of required repairs.

Obtain estimates, issue works orders, and pay invoices.

Handle correspondence, telephone calls, and personal visits from landlords and tenants.

Receive end‑of‑tenancy reports, advise landlords and tenants of charges, and manage security deposit releases in line with scheme rules.

Maintain an up‑to‑date diary to monitor outstanding matters.

Report any complaints or legal notices to the Branch Manager, Area Manager, and Lettings Director immediately upon receipt.

Liaise closely with letting offices and client account departments.

Respond immediately to lack of safety or essential services posing danger to tenants or the public.

Assist with customer complaints and investigations if required.

Ensure appropriate charges are made for all services rendered.

Serve appropriate notices for tenancy termination upon request of landlords or tenants.

Manage landlord statement queries and negotiate extensions and renewals.

Maintain relevant industry qualifications.
