The Senior Revenue Operations Manager serves as a key member of the go-to-market team and will ensure accurate forecasting, seamless operations, and data-driven decision making as we scale the company. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role for an experienced revenue operations professional who thrives in a fast-paced, sales-centric environment and wants to drive meaningful business outcomes. We have a robust, cutting-edge tech stack and recently spent several months with a top agency eliminating all major tech debt to prepare for this hire to be more strategic, proactive, and revenue-driving. Key Responsibilities GTM Operations & Strategy Own end-to-end revenue processes across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success while delivering accurate revenue forecasts and executive dashboards. Optimize pipeline conversion, identify growth bottlenecks, and enhance our tech stack architecture and strategy. Data & Analytics Build automated reporting infrastructure for leadership and conduct advanced revenue analysis including cohort analysis, churn modeling, and forecasting. Ensure data accuracy, maintain a single source of truth for all revenue metrics, and transform data into actionable growth recommendations. Technical Operations Provide expert-level administration of Salesforce, HubSpot, and other critical revenue systems. Design and maintain complex integrations and automations. Manage contractor and vendor relationships, oversee partnerships, and promote adoption of new systems and processes. Strategic Leadership Partner with executive leadership and department heads on revenue initiatives. Support achievement of revenue targets through operational improvements. Requirements 5-7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related roles. Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize effectively. Strong project management skills, with experience leading projects from start to finish. Exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating complex ideas to diverse audiences. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data analytics to identify revenue opportunities. Expertise in Salesforce.com, including system administration, data modeling, and automation. Experience with core tech stack (Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Gong) preferred. Sales or marketing experience is a plus. Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and integration platforms (Zapier, Webhooks, Workato). Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field preferred. Ability to work in our Addison office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
