What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Lead a cross-functional team to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into strategic initiatives
Oversee the creation and maintenance of training materials for product adoption
Monitor user data to identify opportunities for improving user experience
Coach and mentor other Product Owners while participating in agile ceremonies
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Management, Information Technology, or a related discipline
Minimum of 10 years of related experience in the insurance or financial services industry
At least 3 years of agile leadership experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager
Demonstrated knowledge of product development and agile methodologies, preferably Scrum and/or SAFe
CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) or SAFe certifications are a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience leading large-scale system implementations or conversions
Strong dynamic communication skills and ability to inspire senior leadership
Ability to influence without direct authority and build strong relationships
Passion for product delivery and collaboration
Experience in areas such as Underwriting, Insurance Product Launches, and Data Analytics
