Responsibilities
Lead a cross-functional team to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into strategic initiatives
Oversee creation and maintenance of training materials for product adoption
Monitor user data to identify opportunities for improving user experience
Actively participate in agile development teams and coach business partners on agile practices
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Management, Information Technology, or a related discipline
Minimum of 10 years of related experience in the insurance or financial services industry
At least 3 years of agile leadership experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager
Demonstrated knowledge of product development and agile methodologies, preferably Scrum and/or SAFe
Certifications such as CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) or SAFe certifications are a plus
Preferred Qualifications
Experience leading large-scale system implementations or system conversions
Strong dynamic communication skills and ability to inspire senior leadership
Passion for product delivery and strong relationship-building skills
Ability to influence without direct authority
Experience supporting Underwriting, Insurance Product Launches, or Data and Analytics
