Lead a cross-functional team to define product vision, strategy, and requirements for success Collaborate with stakeholders to create and communicate business objectives and translate needs into strategic initiatives Oversee the development and maintenance of training materials for product adoption Actively participate in agile development teams and support the agile transformation within the division Build strong relationships with stakeholders to understand the value and need for technical solutions What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor\'s Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Management, Information Technology, or a related discipline Minimum of 10 years of related experience in the insurance or financial services industry At least 3 years of agile leadership experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager Demonstrated knowledge of product development and agile methodology, preferably Scrum and/or SAFe Ability to influence without direct authority and strong relationship-building skills How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience leading large-scale system implementations or system conversions Dynamic communication skills and a passion for product delivery Ability to inspire senior leadership by presenting a product vision Highly desired experience supporting Underwriting, Insurance Product Launches, or Data and Analytics CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) or SAFe certifications #InsuranceIndustry #ProductManagement #AgileLeadership #CareerGrowth #DiversityAndInclusion "We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
