Ensure data quality and integrity through rigorous preprocessing, cleaning, and validation techniques Design, develop, validate, and deploy advanced machine learning and NLP models to extract insights from unstructured EHR data Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate NLP solutions into healthcare research Document methodologies, processes, and findings comprehensively Communicate results and insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders What is Required (Qualifications):

Extensive experience in NLP and machine learning with a focus on healthcare data Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch/PyTorch Lightning or TensorFlow/Keras) Strong analytical, critical‑thinking, and problem‑solving skills Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills Detail‑oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and integrity How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
