Base pay range $45.00/hr - $50.00/hr
Lead Technical Recruiter | Centralized F&A | Banking & Financial Services. Payroll Business Systems Analyst (Hybrid – Phoenix, AZ)
Location: Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid – about 40% onsite)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Contract: 20-month contract (Possible extensions)
Responsibilities
Support payroll systems and processes – help maintain, troubleshoot, and improve how payroll data flows between systems.
Identify and resolve payroll issues – analyze errors or mismatches in data and find practical solutions.
Work with system upgrades and changes – test new system features, updates, or pay rules before they go live.
Collaborate across departments – work closely with HR, Accounting, IT, and Finance teams to align processes and ensure accuracy.
Create and maintain reports – prepare regular payroll and data reports for management or compliance needs.
