Serves as a key member of the HR Technology team, responsible for supporting the implementation and continuous enhancement of Oracle Fusion HCM. Collaborates with HR and IT stakeholders to ensure the system aligns with business needs throughout the implementation lifecycle and beyond. Drives strategic HRIS initiatives by translating business requirements into system functionality and delivering value through optimized HR technology solutions.
Minimum requirements: Bachelors degree in a relevant business, information technology, or HR-related field and 36 years of experience supporting HRIS or HCM systems, with at least 12 years of direct Oracle Fusion HCM experience preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of HR processes, data management, benefits administration, and reporting. Hands-on experience in system configuration, testing, and data validation. Proficiency with Oracle HCM reporting tools such as OTBI or BI Publisher is a plus. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience participating in system implementation or HR technology projects.
Major accountabilities: Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM, encompassing requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, go-live, and post-launch stabilization. Partner with HR leaders and functional teams to define and document business requirements and translate them into actionable system capabilities. Configure and maintain Oracle Fusion HCM modules to support evolving business needs. Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), develop test scripts, track issues, and ensure timely resolution. Develop and maintain system documentation, process flows, and training materials. Manage data conversion, validation, and integrations with payroll, benefits, and third-party systems. Provide ongoing system support, troubleshooting, and functional analysis post-implementation. Collaborate with third-party vendors on data validation, integration, and testing activities. Monitor Oracle system updates and releases to identify impacts and opportunities for improvement. Generate and analyze HR data reports, dashboards, and metrics to support strategic decision-making. Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and privacy standards across HRIS operations.
