A defense contractor is hiring for a FP&A Manager for their finance function. This role reports to the CFO. Manufacturing experience preferred. Hybrid role in Reston/McLean VA long-term. $140-$170k salary range.

Responsibilities

Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes, KPI tracking and financial projections

Spearhead reporting on variances to historical budgets and key business drivers

Create and manage financial models in Excel on acquisition opportunities, pro-formas, and revenue forecasting

Assist with development of corporate finance team, including hiring, retention and process improvements

Develop business scorecards for presentation to internal stakeholders and business executives

Requirements

BS in Finance, MBA preferred

8+ years of finance experience in government experience

Understanding of corporate FP&A processes and reporting

Manufacturing experience

Strong MS Excel skillset, without previous reliance on additional reporting tools

Locality to Washington DC metro area
