Your main purpose
Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies and plans, in collaboration with TA Corporate, aligned with both current and future organizational needs, while ensuring consistency with company strategic objectives. Identify and attract high-potential candidates through diverse channels (job boards, social networks, job fairs, networking, etc.), and promote our Employer Value Proposition (EVP) via employer branding initiatives and participation in talent events. Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviews, assessments, reference checks, offer negotiation, and coordination with external agencies and providers as needed. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define candidate profiles, and provide regular recruitment progress reports to the business. Supervise pre-boarding and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth integration of new hires into the organizational culture, including coordination of induction programs and support in internal development initiatives. Work with department managers to identify training needs and skill gaps, support internal talent development, design career paths, and manage FUNDAE grants (for Spanish properties). What will you bring?
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field; postgraduate studies or certifications in Talent Acquisition or Employer Branding are considered a strong asset. 3–5 years of experience in end-to-end Talent Acquisition, preferably within the hospitality, tourism, or service sector, including pre-boarding and onboarding processes. Solid knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, and job portals, with a strong understanding of employer branding and onboarding strategies that promote corporate culture.
