The Bilingual Inside Sales Representative will sell products and services to an assigned geographic or national account territory to achieve objectives. Key Responsibilities: Engage with customers across industries, company sizes, and types to determine needs and identify opportunities to fulfill these needs with Open iT solutions. Be the first contact point for many customers, deliver a strong first impression, and set a foundation for long-term customer relationships. Communicate effectively with business and IT decision makers via phone, email, and social media. Develop a thorough understanding of solutions and relevant business pains; conduct high-level demos of primary selling scenarios. Generate new leads through calls, email campaigns, and social media. Conduct personal campaigns to discover new opportunities. Assist with translations from Portuguese to English and vice versa (brochures, web content). Understand competitor solutions and products; drive messaging to increase Open iT solutions adoption. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to analyze whitespace, pursue high potential customers, and develop a target list. Convert prospects into opportunities and revenue by qualifying and selling. Manage pipeline effectively, maintain hygiene, and achieve sales targets. Meet and exceed activity and revenue goals, including pipeline generation and forecasting. Bilingual: Fluent in English and Portuguese Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience in sales or call center operations is a plus Proficient with MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint Results-oriented, organized, and good at setting priorities Works well in a diverse, dynamic environment
