How You’ll Make An Impact

Make an Impact in the Sports Industry: Evaluate and underwrite insurance applications for sports‑related properties and programs, ensuring coverage for everything from teams to training facilities.

Engage with a Niche Market: Use your skills to assess unique risks tied to location, usage, and cutting‑edge safety features specific to sports venues and activities.

Collaborate and Connect: Work closely with field teams to gather critical insights, building relationships while defending your underwriting decisions with confidence.

Supportive Team Environment: Assist Senior Underwriters in managing and servicing accounts, contributing to the success of our sports‑focused insurance portfolio.

What We’re Looking For:

Education: Bachelor’s degree.

Experience: 2 years of relevant experience in underwriting or a related field.

Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows applications, AIM, Image Right and Microsoft Office.

Preferred Skills & Behaviors:

Detail‑Oriented: Spot the fine details that make a big difference in risk assessment.

Analytical Expertise: Leverage strong analytical skills to evaluate complex sports‑related risks.

Strong Communicator: Shine in interpersonal interactions with colleagues, field staff, and clients.

Compensation And Benefits We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
