Job Summary & Responsibilities
Sources, screens, and interviews potential job candidates for open positions focused in the manufacturing, light technical, semiconductor, and engineering industries
Processes multiple open job requisitions at a time
Compiles written candidate profile to present to clients
Coordinates with account manager and hiring manager to determine job requirements and best recruiting process for high-volume positions
Extends verbal and written job offers, while coaching candidate through negotiation and acceptance
Generates potential business leads
Uses Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track candidates and job stages
Develops and maintains network of both active and passive candidates
Utilizes various resources to identify candidates, including internal ATS, LinkedIn, Monster, Indeed, and other web platforms
This position is based in our Austin/Lakeway office
Job Qualifications & Skills
2-5 years of experience recruiting is preferred, but not required. Further preference to those with experience in a high-volume contract staffing environment focused on light technical, semiconductor, manufacturing, or engineering roles
Ability to work efficiently both independently and in a small team setting
Speaks clearly, persuasively, and professionally. Comfortable speaking on the phone.
Responds well to questions or objections
Self-starter with a strong work ethic and desire to drive business
Understanding of basic computer skills/programs (Microsoft Office)
Supports organization's goals and values
