Job Summary & Responsibilities
- Sources, screens, and interviews potential job candidates for open positions focused in the manufacturing, light technical, semiconductor, and engineering industries
- Processes multiple open job requisitions at a time
- Compiles written candidate profile to present to clients
- Coordinates with account manager and hiring manager to determine job requirements and best recruiting process for high-volume positions
- Extends verbal and written job offers, while coaching candidate through negotiation and acceptance
- Generates potential business leads
- Uses Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track candidates and job stages
- Develops and maintains network of both active and passive candidates
- Utilizes various resources to identify candidates, including internal ATS, LinkedIn, Monster, Indeed, and other web platforms
- This position is based in our Austin/Lakeway office
Job Qualifications & Skills
- 2-5 years of experience recruiting is preferred, but not required. Further preference to those with experience in a high-volume contract staffing environment focused on light technical, semiconductor, manufacturing, or engineering roles
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and in a small team setting
- Speaks clearly, persuasively, and professionally. Comfortable speaking on the phone.
- Responds well to questions or objections
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic and desire to drive business
- Understanding of basic computer skills/programs (Microsoft Office)
- Supports organization's goals and values
