Paralegal/UCC Specialist

We are seeking a Paralegal/UCC Specialist to become a part of our team! You will provide overall support to the needs of business, attorneys, lenders, corporations, accountants, and individuals. Responsibilities: Conduct research (UCC, Tax Liens, Judgments, Litigation, Bankruptcy, Etc.) Compile Reports Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents Document Retrievals UCC & public record searches and filings Qualifications: Previous experience or education as a paralegal or other legal field Familiarity with legal research Ability to prioritize and multitask Excellent written and verbal communication skills Deadline and detail-oriented Familiarity and understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel UCC Experience required Compensation: Based on experience Multiple performance-based bonuses Vacation bonus
