What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Collaborate with Store Operations Business Partners to ensure HR practices are met, including compliance and team member engagement
Lead strategies for team member development, including succession planning and training compliance
Execute store stabilization initiatives through performance management and turnover programs
Provide support and guidance on the Talent Management process
Analyze people metrics and regional reports to identify areas for improvement
What is Required (Qualifications):
4-year degree in Human Resources or equivalent work-related experience
5-7 years of Human Resources experience in a multi-unit retail environment
Advanced knowledge of Human Resource policies and procedures
Knowledge of all federal, state, and local HR laws
Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
PHR and/or SPHR or SHRM-CP and/or SHRM-SCP certification preferred
Spanish-speaking highly desired
