Overview
Air & Vacuum Service Tech
– Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, based in Boston, MA. As a key technician you will provide routine maintenance and repair on our air vending machines, delivering both mechanical and technology support to keep the machines powered, pressurized, and transaction‑ready.
Responsibilities
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and technological issues, performing proactive maintenance to ensure reliable machine operation.
Conduct compressor and motor repairs, utilizing electrical experience and proficiency with low‑voltage systems.
Use multimeters and schematics to accurately diagnose and resolve electrical problems.
Maintain a stock of parts in your company vehicle, ensuring readiness to complete repairs on site.
Provide customer instruction on safe and effective use of CSC appliances and equipment.
Test equipment thoroughly before leaving the service site.
Keep delivery locations clean and safe to uphold our best‑in‑class service standards.
Communicate effectively with customers and team members to maintain high service standards.
Complete other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For
Valid driver’s license and ability to pass pre‑employment screening.
Good interpersonal and communication skills for customer interactions.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Attention to detail and strong independent problem‑solving skills.
Electrical experience, including compressor and motor repair.
Proficiency with multimeters and reading electrical schematics.
Experience with low‑voltage electrical systems.
Physical ability to push, lift, and pull 80–100 lbs and use fine motor skills daily.
Previous experience in appliance repair or a related mechanical/electrical field preferred.
Basic computer skills for documentation and communication.
Physical stamina and dexterity to maneuver and repair heavy equipment in varied environmental conditions.
Salary Minimum Salary: USD $21.87 /hr Maximum Salary: USD $26.25 /hr
