Senior Corporate Tax Manager

Our client is a leading multinational, publicly traded manufacturing company with a global presence. We are seeking a Senior Corporate Tax Manager to oversee the preparation of the global consolidated ASC-740 provision.
Base Pay Range $175,000.00/yr - $190,000.00/yr
Additional Compensation Annual Bonus and RSUs
Key Responsibilities Global Provision Management:
Lead the preparation and review of the global consolidated ASC-740 provision for a multinational, publicly traded manufacturing company.
Ensure compliance with ASC‑740 and other relevant tax regulations, including the coordination of tax accounting activities across various jurisdictions.
Manage and mentor a team of tax professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve departmental goals.
Foster a collaborative and high‑performance culture within the tax team.
Tax Compliance and Reporting:
Oversee the timely and accurate filing of tax returns, including federal, state, and international filings.
Collaborate with external tax advisors and auditors to ensure compliance with all tax regulations and requirements.
Tax Planning and Strategy:
Partner with the senior management team to develop and execute tax strategies that optimize the company's tax position and minimize liabilities.
Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations to proactively address potential impacts on the company's tax strategy.
Process Improvement:
Continuously evaluate and enhance tax processes and systems to increase efficiency and accuracy in tax reporting and compliance.
Implement best practices and technology solutions to streamline tax‑related activities.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification preferred.
7+ years of progressive experience in corporate tax, with a focus on ASC‑740 provision and tax compliance for multinational corporations preferred.
Exposure to international tax compliance for U.S.‑owned foreign subsidiaries is a plus.
Strong knowledge of ASC‑740 and other relevant tax regulations.
Previous experience managing a team of tax professionals.
Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Excel.
